My condolences to all of the family. Mr. Drotovick was one of my favorite teachers in high school in the ‘80s. He repeated two sayings to me almost daily and I continue to repeat them occasionally to friends, colleagues and my boys and I always give credit to him.

Joanne, I am so sorry for your loss. May Coach rest in peace, and may God bless you as you go forward without him. I remember how you always welcomed us schoolkids into your home, whether you were at dinner, or whatever. You both were always kind to us. You were good friends to my parents (Mom taught 5th grade at that time). Rosalind Eisenman Hooker, Immaculate Conception High School Class of 1960

Paul was my first mentor when I came to Carrollton in 1973 to teach and coach. Paul and his wife Joanne basically helped me so much as a 22 year old just starting my career for which I will always be so very grateful. I remember spending an enormous amount of time at their home in Carrollton and they always welcomed me with open arms in those early days of the 1970's. I certainly send my sympathies to Joanne, Paul and Mark at this very difficult time!
