Geraldine was so kind and generous. Bob and Joe have told me many stories of when they visited the farm. Particularly the corn eating contests. I have no idea who won. I think I was about 17 the first time I visited the farm. Growing up in the city I knew nothing about farms or farm animals. I was determined to pet the cows but they were having none of that. Then I thought I’d make friends with he barn cats. That didn’t go well either. On one visit we all decided to ride motorbikes. While I had been a passenger on the back of a motorcycle many times I had never been in control of one. So on the way back to the farm my front tire caught a piece of gravel sending me into the corn field. The guys looked back and I had disappeared. All they could see were the corn stalks moving. We have many fond memories of visiting the farm. I know Geraldine will be sorely missed by many. Our love to all the family. She is at peace.
